Common questions
I can't sign in — who do I contact?
If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up yourself at the dashboard — no administrator needed. If you're a team member, your account administrator can invite you and reset your password from Settings. If you're the administrator and are locked out, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or email us from your registered address and we'll verify and help you recover access.
My Amazon data looks out of date.
Data syncs from Amazon run automatically throughout the day. If something looks stale for more than a few hours, check that your Amazon connection is healthy in Settings, then email us — include the report or screen where you noticed it.
How do I delete my account?
Account owners can permanently delete their account and all its data from Settings in the dashboard or the iOS app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also email us and we'll process it for you.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@manageinventoryapp.com with what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one. We triage every report and usually reply within one business day.
