1 Every payout is audited Each reimbursement is checked against your documented unit cost and Amazon's own prior payouts for the same ASIN — and graded by confidence, so you know which claims are airtight.
2 The worklist shows the math What Amazon paid, what the baseline says it owed, the shortfall per unit, and the total worth filing for. Market-price advisories catch the payouts the detector can't prove — accept one and it becomes fileable.

File with a reason-aware message Pick the reason — lost return, wrong item returned, damaged at the FC — and the claim message adapts its wording, with order ID, LPN, ASIN, and removal order filled in. A cost check makes sure your source cost is current before you file; then paste Amazon's case ID back.
Approval matches itself When Amazon pays, the claim auto-matches to the reimbursement by case ID and shows the received amount against what you expected — and clears itself if the payment is reversed.
