Revenue recovery

See what Amazon missed.
Claim it. Keep all of it.

Sellerfy compares Amazon's payouts with your actual unit costs, identifies missing or underpaid reimbursements, and prepares the claim—without taking a percentage of what you recover.

From payout gap to money back.

You see the amount Amazon paid, the documented amount it should have paid, and the exact shortfall before anything is filed.

Amazon reimbursed$42.00
Your documented cost$68.00
Potential recovery+$26.00

Every payout, audited

Fees, reimbursements, and financial transactions sync from your Selling Partner account and are compared against your actual unit costs, automatically.

Under-payments flagged

Anything reimbursed below your real cost lands in a recovery worklist — sorted, valued, and ready to file, so nothing slips past the deadline window.

Claims written for you

Sellerfy drafts the case message with the evidence Amazon wants to see. Review it, file it, and track the claim's lifecycle from found to filed to paid.

Returns & Removals

Every unit lives in exactly one stage.

No spreadsheets, no "where did that box go". Removal shipments are checked in against the manifest unit by unit, and every unit moves forward one stage at a time — Received, Ready to test, Tested, Ready to sell, Resold — with anything sitting too long flagged by aging alerts.

Track every return coming back

The moment Amazon sends a unit back your way, our AI pulls the shipment record for you — tracking number, LPN, product, quantity, and more. You know what's arriving, and when, long before the box reaches your dock.

Receiving & QR labeling

Units are checked in against the removal manifest, labeled with a QR ID, and queued for the bench — so intake is fast and nothing goes missing.

Bench testing & repair

Units are diagnosed with issue templates; repairs and parts are logged against the unit. Not worth fixing? It exits as Salvaged — with the loss recorded honestly.

Full unit record Every unit carries its history the whole way — LPN, IMEI, issues found, repair notes, parts used, photos, and final resale price. IMEI tracking recognizes a unit the moment it comes back a second time.
Inventory

Your real stock picture, synced from Amazon.

Sellerfy pulls your FBA inventory straight from the Selling Partner API, so the dashboard reflects what Amazon actually holds — not a stale snapshot from last week.

Live FBA levels

Inventory levels, SKUs, ASINs, and fulfillment status stay current in real time, so the reports you open are already up to date.

Removals & orders tracked

Removal orders, removal shipments, and order-level tracking flow into the same system — so what's leaving FBA is as visible as what's sitting in it.

One system of record

Inventory, returns, and finances share the same records, so a unit's stock status, test result, and dollars all agree with each other.

Analytics & Reporting

Metrics, reports, and the numbers behind them.

Sellerfy connects to your Amazon Selling Partner account through Amazon's official OAuth and syncs your orders, returns, removals, inventory, and financial events continuously. That synced data is the base every report is built on — metrics on a web dashboard, transaction-level reports you can open line by line, and CSV export for when the numbers need to go somewhere else.

Per-unit economics

Every unit shows what the return cost — or recovered: repair parts, labor logged, and the final resale price, netted against your real cost.

Where the money goes

Recovery, salvage losses, fees, and reimbursements broken out over time, so you can see which SKUs earn their returns and which quietly bleed.

Losses recorded honestly

Salvaged units book their loss instead of hiding it. When the number is good, you can trust it — and when it isn't, you find out early.

Financials & Accounting

Your Amazon financials, down to the transaction.

Sellerfy's Selling Partner authorization includes Amazon's Finance and Accounting role, so your fees, refunds, reimbursements, and adjustments sync continuously into transaction-level records. Set against the sourcing costs and supplier invoices you import, that gives you unit economics based on what you actually paid — and a profit and loss view built from records rather than estimates.

Every financial transaction, on the record

Fees, reimbursements, refunds, and adjustments sync from your Selling Partner account and are recorded transaction by transaction. Adjustments drill back to the reimbursement cases that produced them, so a line in your financials isn't just a number — it has an origin you can open.

Cost of goods, from your own invoices

Import your sourcing costs and supplier invoices and the line items are parsed automatically, so your unit economics are based on what you actually paid for the goods, not on Amazon's default estimate. Reimbursements are checked against that documented cost, and resale is netted against it.

Revenue and expenses, resolved to net

Gross revenue, adjustments, refunds, cost of goods, and Amazon fees resolved down to net profit across the trailing 90 days — with the resale value your processed returns put back into inventory counted, and salvaged units booking their loss instead of hiding it.

Reconciliation against Amazon's own ledger

Sellerfy reconciles your FBA inbound shipments against Amazon's Inventory Ledger — what Amazon actually received against what you shipped — and surfaces the recoverable dollars. It also cross-checks Amazon's reimbursement records against your returns and removals, flagging under-reimbursements and missing receipts.

An auditable trail on every claim

Claims are tracked from submitted through approved or denied, carrying Amazon's reimbursement IDs; per returned unit they're keyed to the physical LPN label with RMA LifeCycle™. When a reimbursement lands it appears in your financials as an adjustment that drills back to the case that produced it.

Records your accountant can use

CSV export sends your financial data to your accountant, your bookkeeping software, or a spreadsheet of your own. Every plan includes two team seats, so your bookkeeper can have one of their own; extra seats are available.

iOS App

Built for the warehouse floor.

The dashboard runs the business; the iOS app runs the floor. Receiving, testing, and unit lookups happen where the boxes are — with the same records, live.

Scan-first workflows

Scan a QR label and the unit's record is in your hand — check in arrivals against the manifest and move units through stages from the dock.

Photos & testing at the bench

Log issues from templates, attach photos, and record repairs and parts as you work — the unit record fills itself in as the bench moves.

The dashboard, pocket-sized

Recovery totals, worklists, and aging alerts come along in your pocket — the floor and the front office always see the same numbers.

All five modules. One account.
